• Assess project viability, develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Review payment requests from contractors for contract compliance.
• Oversee on-site inspections, handovers, and documentation completion.
• Monitor construction quality and enforce adherence to specifications.
• Prepare cost analyses and budgets for facilities and projects.
• Coordinate with agencies and manage changes via change orders.
