Job summary

Grand Sierra Resort is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to support the Design and Construction team. You will assist with daily tasks, participate in design meetings, and help develop solutions for project challenges.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency, with flexibility to handle various shifts as needed. This on-site position supports ongoing Reno-based projects.

Qualifications

• Requires 3 years’ experience in clerical construction or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for document control and scheduling.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office; capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Design and Construction on daily tasks for ongoing projects.
• Participate in design meetings and propose improvements.
• Evaluate problems and develop practical solutions.
• Plan, track, and manage team goals and project schedules.
