Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in residential construction or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities with the Construction Manager across multiple projects.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery.
• Monitor project budgets and costs to stay within parameters.
• Identify and resolve issues to minimize delays and maintain progress.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, permits, and change orders.
