Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction activities across multiple projects.
• Develop and update project schedules to ensure timely home delivery.
• Perform site inspections to ensure quality, codes, and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors for timely material delivery.
• Monitor budgets and control costs within approved parameters.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners about progress and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, permits, contracts, and change orders.
• Build strong relationships with clients, designers, and trades.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
