Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Analytical mindset with data analyst skillset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong numerical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates purchasing and pricing data management, including data entry and maintenance.
• Analyzes bids/pricing from vendor base and supports cost analysis across product lines.
• Processes change orders, selects sheets, and prepares start-pack materials (blueprints, plot plans).
• Reads and interprets blueprints; communicates with field area managers and internal teams.
• Maintains data integrity, prepares reports, and pursues cost improvements.
