Job summary

Delta Fabricators is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee workforce operations across shipyard, industrial, construction, and maintenance environments. You will manage labor contracts, coordinate staffing, onboarding, compliance, and maintain strong client relationships across multiple project locations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects, personnel, and client relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, workforce coordination, industrial operations, construction, staffing, or related industries.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and field operations simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing workforce schedules, budgets, labor planning, and project timelines.
• Ability to travel frequently as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce operations across multiple project sites.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, compliance, and deployment.
• Track hours, attendance, productivity, and utilization.
• Serve as liaison between field personnel, clients, and executive management.
• Monitor labor contracts and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop workforce plans and labor allocation strategies.
• Lead coordination to maintain productivity and project performance.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards.
