Job summary

Delta Fabricators in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee workforce operations across shipyard, industrial, construction, and maintenance environments. You will manage labor contracts, staffing, onboarding, compliance, and reporting while coordinating across multiple project sites.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PM, workforce coordination, industrial operations, construction, staffing, or related fields.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and field operations simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce operations across multiple project sites.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, compliance, and deployment of staff.
• Track hours, attendance, productivity, and labor utilization.
• Serve as liaison between field personnel, clients, and executive management.
• Monitor labor contracts and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Evaluate staffing needs for current and upcoming projects.
• Assist in securing new contracts and project opportunities.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
