Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to read blueprints and materials pricing.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track Potential Change Orders (PCO’s).
• Update project schedules using software.
• Monthly billing and tracking certified payroll.
• Maintain logs for Change Orders and Submittals.
