J. S. Haren Company is seeking experienced Water/Wastewater Construction Superintendents to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in the water and wastewater construction industry and be willing to travel for project assignments.

Oversee field operations, coordinate crews and schedules, and maintain safety on site while ensuring work meets plans, specs, and quality standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience in water/wastewater construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and field personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules.
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite.

• Identify and help resolve field issues as they arise.
