Job summary

CR Meyer is seeking a Project Scheduler to support heavy industrial projects by developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules. You will analyze plans, coordinate with subcontractors and customers, and provide updates and recovery plans to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will use Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Procore, collaborate with the Project Manager and field staff, and travel to various project sites across the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience, large-scale civil/structural/industrial projects preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project; Procore a plus
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and comply with Drug & Alcohol Policy

Responsibilities

• Review plans and documents to develop preliminary construction schedules
• Estimate schedule phases using construction processes and resources
• Incorporate subcontractors, customers and vendors into the master schedule
• Review change orders and assess impact on schedule
• Provide updated schedules and reports to project team and customers
• Communicate schedule recovery plans and coordinate with project managers and field staff
