Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling on multiple commercial construction projects. The role collaborates with Operations Project Teams, Clark Executives, Owners and Subcontractors to deliver outcomes.

The candidate should have 3+ years of scheduling experience, a related undergraduate degree, and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, with travel to project sites as required to support project timelines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors and project teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement accepted Planning & Scheduling Best Practices.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work for baseline schedules.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance as necessary.
• Interact with Operations team, owners, subcontractors and representatives.
• Support development of bid and proposal schedules and present to committees.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
