Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule and plan sequencing with site management and project teams.
• Evaluate construction sequencing, plan efficient workflows, and identify scheduling conflicts and mitigations.
• Review two-to-three-week lookahead schedules, communicate critical path, and assess impacts of design delays or trade partner progress on the schedule.
• Continuously learn and develop new scheduling skills and adhere to Gray's policies and procedures.
