Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales support or similar.
• Must be knowledgeable in the real estate industry with at least 1 year of experience in property development/sales.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, productive, and dependable.
• Must be adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales assistance.
• Facilitate approval of requests for special payment terms and NPV computations.
• Provide assistance on inquiries and coordination requests of sellers to other departments (marketing, project development, other sales unit).
• Inventory Management Assistance.
• Inventory and SRS maintenance and upkeep.
• Reservation processing, new sales booking and change request acceptance.
• Processing of Sales Reservation (new sales).
• Validation, completion and acceptance of reservation requirements.
• Issuance of official payment term schedule.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports for assigned project.
• Confirmation and endorsement of credit requirements for approval.
• Securing approval of client/seller's change requests and other special requests to higher management for accounts under Reservation Stage.
