Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure high level of customer service throughout project duration.

Qualifications

Project Managers need to be experienced in Multifamily and mid/large scale commercial projects - required.

• Mixed use experience is a plus
• Tilt wallexperience is a plus (especially for APM)
• Stick frame experience (required for PM's and SR PM's)
• Knowledge of PM software (Procore, Bluebeam etc)
• Microsoft Excel/office
• 3 yearminimum experiencefor Assistant PM's
• 5+ years minimum for PM's & Sr PM's
• Bachelors degree Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field

Additional Information

Salary Ranges -Dependent upon experience

APM - $70-90K (needed ASAP - multi million dollar multi family project recently started)

PM- $110K-130K

Sr PM- $120K-140K
