Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

Full‑time position.

The firm is a general contractor specializing in various sectors of the construction industry including office, commercial, hospitality, retail, mixed‑use, etc. They focus on high‑level customer service for clients while working to be of service to the community and their employees.

Immediate need for an Assistant Project Manager with multifamily & steel frame experience for a commercial construction firm in Dallas, TX.

Requirements:

• Experience in multifamily and mid/large scale commercial projects.
• Mixed‑use experience is a plus.
• Steel frame experience required.
• Knowledge of PM software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office.
• 3–5 years minimum experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.

Salary ranges depend upon experience: $70‑90K (needed ASAP for a multi‑million dollar multifamily project recently started).
