Qualifications

• 10 years of verifiable experience as a Project Manager (may substitute for a degree)
• Experience with a commercial general contractor is required
• Healthcare, K-12, higher education, multifamily or entertainment experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills are required
• Strong organizational, leadership, negotiation, and delegation skills are required
• Proven ability to develop lasting, positive customer relationships
• Must interact effectively with diverse people in group or one-on-one settings
• Valid Driver’s License required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist preconstruction with estimates and detailed project plans.
• Participate in development and delivery of project proposals.
• Champion the project turnover from preconstruction to construction.
