Qualifications

• 10 years of verifiable experience as a Project Manager (may substitute for a degree)
• Experience with a commercial general contractor is required
• Healthcare, K-12, higher education, multifamily or entertainment experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills are required
• Strong organizational, leadership, negotiation, and delegation skills are required
• Proven ability to develop lasting, positive customer relationships
• Must interact effectively with diverse people in group or one-on-one settings
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assist preconstruction with estimates and detailed project plans.
• Develop and deliver project proposals.
• Champion turnover from preconstruction to construction.
• Drive scope comparisons, vendor selections, and contract administration.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee construction to ensure compliance with contract, codes, and safety.
• Perform project reviews to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Provide status reports on milestones, budget, deliverables, deficiencies, risks and issues.
