Job summary

Fisher Construction Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Burlington, WA. This role oversees budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery.

The position requires 5+ years in commercial/industrial/design-build, a related degree, and willingness to travel/relocate to sites across the United States for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial, industrial, or design-build construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, procurement, and project financials.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and field team to ensure successful project execution.
• Travel and/or relocate to project sites throughout the U.S. as required.
