Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Construction Project Manager Trainee to oversee the entire home-building process within a structured training program. You will learn hands-on from an experienced Project Manager and develop the knowledge to manage a job site effectively.

You will work with the Ryan Homes Community Team to positively impact the customer experience, ensure projects stay within budgets and timelines, and supervise subcontractors while cultivating strong working

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Current Driver’s License.
Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in NVR’s training program to transition into the Construction Project Manager role.
Impact the customer experience by working with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope.
Supervise and schedule subcontractors, maintaining positive relationships.
Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.
