Job summary

NVR's Ryan Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager Trainee to support the end-to-end home-building process. You will learn from an existing Project Manager in a structured training program, gaining hands-on experience to efficiently manage a job site.

You will work with the Ryan Homes Community Team to enhance the customer experience, oversee budgets and schedules, supervise subcontractors, and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Proficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Current Driver's License.
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in NVR's training program combining classroom and on-the-job experience to transition into the PM role.
• Positively impact the customer experience while working with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Ensure all homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Supervise and schedule subcontractors, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.
