Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Current Driver's License.
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program with classroom and on-the-job experience.
• Positively impact the customer experience while working with the Community Team.
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Supervise and schedule subcontractors, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.
