• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

• Diplomacy and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide deliverables and services attractive to current and future tenants.
• Develop detailed budgets for projects and ensure cost control.
• Coordinate third party consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and laborers.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with plans and codes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Process paperwork: permits, change orders, pay apps, liens, certificates.
• Maintain quality and safety controls throughout the project.
• Monitor progress and report updates to Regional Partner.
• Close out and turnover completed buildings per lease.
