Jobot, a Bay Area specialist in interior tenant improvements, seeks a Commercial Project Manager to lead high-end interior projects from preconstruction to closeout.

You’ll own budgets and schedules, manage cost tracking and forecasts, and serve as the main liaison with owners, tenants, and architects to ensure repeat business.

Formación

• Several years of project management experience on commercial interior tenant improvement work.
• Real budget ownership on mid-to-large TI projects, not just tracking someone else’s numbers.
• Genuine Class A corporate, tech, or life-science interior experience.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Fluency with Procore and Bluebeam.
• Based in the Bay Area.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high-end commercial interior tenant improvement projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout.
• Own the budget and schedule on your projects: cost tracking, change orders, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for owners, tenants, and architects, and keep clients coming back.
• Partner with superintendents and trade partners to deliver a premium finish on schedule and on budget.
• Drive submittals, RFIs, procurement, and closeout, delivering a clean, client-ready product.
