F.A. Wilhelm Construction seeks a Project Manager in its Steel Division to lead and coordinate steel erection projects from start-up through closeout.
You will manage day-to-day activities with the Project Superintendent, interface with clients, and ensure safety, schedule, and profitability on industrial projects. Ideal candidates bring 4–5+ years in steel construction PM, a bachelor’s in a related field, and experience handling budgets, change orders, and RFIs.

Project work may require occasional travel or time spent on-site at project locations, which could include Lebanon, West Lafayette, or Indianapolis depending on project needs.
The Project Manager will serve as a vital team member associated with managing the Project Team in all aspects of the build resulting in completion of the project on time, under budget, and with quality that exceeds the expectations of F.A. Wilhelm and our Clients. You will be responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of erection projects from initial budget through project closeout.
