• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead project phases from planning and budgeting to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Analyze project proposals, interpret blueprints and specifications, and determine timelines, costs, and procedures.
• Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget.
• Manage contracts, identify risks, and handle change orders effectively.
• Seek opportunities for value engineering and process improvements to optimize outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports for management and clients outlining progress, budget status, and challenges.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA/QC plan to champion quality.
