Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate compliance with customer scope requirements.
• Develop labor analysis per job.
• Generate BOM’s from prints.
• Lead project kick-off meetings.
• Visit projects to ensure plans are followed.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate material purchasing timelines.
• Assist with estimating project needs.
• Provide bi-weekly project updates to customers.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Projects, Excel and similar programs
