Job summary

Veridus Group Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join the Owner’s Representative team in Evansville, IN. You will guide projects from vision through construction, coordinating budgets, schedules, permits, and stakeholders to deliver on client goals.

You will mentor Assistant Project Managers and staff engineers, travel between sites, and uphold Veridus' values. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required, with 5–8 years of leadership experience in project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in management or similar disciplines.
• Advanced degrees are preferred and/or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support development and monitoring of project budgets and schedules.
• Track permits, applications, and other regulatory items.
• Coordinate with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and engineers.
• Assist with proposal drafting and project reporting.
• Observe construction progress and contribute to reporting.
• Travel regularly between project sites and safely operate a motor vehicle as part of essential job functions.
