Job summary

CINFAB is seeking a Project Manager 1 to run multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety and alignment with client specs. You will coordinate with estimation, field operations, and subcontractors to deliver value-driven outcomes across targeted markets.

Strong organization and communication are essential for success. Responsibilities include project setup, schedule development, value planning, permitting, and ongoing site coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4–8 projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.
• Review estimating turnover information.
• Set up projects (folders, ACC, FieldEase).
• Develop schedule of values and manage contracts obligations.
• Obtain local licensing and permits; plan buyout of equipment/materials.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with field and operations teams.
• Oversee RFI and subcontract management; ensure safety standards.
