Qualifications

• Minimum five years in construction industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination, planning, and scheduling.
• Ensure quality standards for procurement and delivery.
• Maintain schedule and deliver projects on time.
• Send, manage, and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor resource allocation and manage labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and manage change orders, submittals, RFIs, and contracts.
• Close out projects, including warranties and docs.
• Perform regular jobsite visits.
• Pursue continuing education to expand knowledge of materials and systems.
• Attend company meetings as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
