Barton Malow Company is seeking a Project Manager to join our Dayton, OH team. The role supports project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.

You will work closely with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and design teams to manage procurement, planning, field operations, and cost management on complex projects. This is a great growth opportunity for a developing PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GC/CM construction management or equivalent project engineering experience.
• Developing knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist procurement by supporting bidder lists, bid documents, and bid evaluation.
• Support development of work scopes and preconstruction documents.
• Assist with project scheduling, site logistics, and constructability reviews.
• Help implement and oversee the jobsite safety plan.
• Manage RFI and submittal processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
• Support cost management including budget setup in Prolog and cost monitoring.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate communication with subcontractors, trade partners, and architects/engineers.
