Job summary

BUCH Co in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to lead the project team and ensure construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting client quality standards.

You will oversee preconstruction budgeting and bidding, develop scopes of work, prepare subcontracts and purchase orders, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, manage changes, and support environmentally responsible construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or an Associate Degree with related experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and quality standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to promote a safe site and enforce the Buch Safety Program.
• Provide operational oversight across preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Procure materials and coordinate subcontractors.
• Develop trade-specific scopes of work.
• Monitor changes and manage project controls.
• Support environmentally responsible and sustainable construction.
