BUCH Co is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to client quality standards. The role focuses on construction administration, coordinating submittals, RFIs, and ensuring timely information flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of design and construction principles and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support PM and Superintendent to manage projects safely, on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate, review, and distribute information and authorizations for project completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and assist with submittals and RFIs to keep on schedule.
• Prepare closeout documents including as-builts, manuals, and warranties.
• Contribute to environmentally responsible and sustainable construction.
