Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead construction and remodeling initiatives across travel centers, truck stops, and QSR locations. The role demands oversight of budgets, schedules, quality, and safety, with frequent travel to project sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects and contractors, maintaining schedules, managing permits, and ensuring adherence to LV Petroleum’s brand vision and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a focus on retail remodels or commercial build-outs.
• Experience managing remodel projects in retail, fuel stations, travel centers, or QSRs is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, permitting, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• A demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to project sites (up to 50–70%).
• OSHA 30 certification and PMP or CCM credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of new construction and renovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and scope docs.
• Perform site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Manage permit applications and coordinate with local authorities and utilities.
• Verify FF&E installations meet procurement and design requirements.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and report progress and KPIs to executive leadership.
• Travel frequently to project locations (30–40%).
