Job summary

Normal hours are 8:30 to 5:00 pm with on-call 24/7; frequent travel to Wintrust locations in southern Chicagoland and western suburbs. A Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7–10 years' retail/commercial office development.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of the commercial construction process.
• Experience with Workday, Excel, construction software, Prolog, Procure and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control costs while ensuring timely project delivery.
• Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with laws, codes and policies.
• Provide critical analysis of architectural drawings and product specifications.
• Pay invoices and analyze operating statements.
• Prepare annual and project budgets and report on financial performance.
• Manage on-site staff, vendor and contractor relationships.
• Address complaints, violations, and problems.
