Normal hours are 8:30 to 5:00 pm with on-call 24/7; frequent travel to Wintrust locations in southern Chicagoland and western suburbs. A Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of related experience are required.

The Project Manager is responsible for analyzing and overseeing construction projects on behalf of the company. The duties include research and analysis of opportunities presented by business partners, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments, and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.
Normal working hours: 8:30 to 5:00 pm but on call 24/7 in case of emergencies. Based in Rosemont, but frequent travel required to Wintrust locations, mostly in southern Chicagoland and western suburbs.
The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000-$124,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
