Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7–10 years’ experience in Retail/Commercial Office Development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to juggle multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Strong understanding of the commercial construction process; Experience with Workday, Excel, construction software, Prolog, Procure & MS Project or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control project costs to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections to comply with laws, codes, and policies.
• Provide analysis of architectural drawings and product specifications; manage invoices and budgets.
