• Develop project goals, schedules, budgets and assumptions after award.
• Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate due diligence and deliver all necessary documentation.
• Develop and maintain a Master Project Schedule.
• Prepare RFPs for vendor and contractor services.
