Job summary

Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish across multiple business lines. You will lead the team, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety and quality, and maintain clear communication with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, and a strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Building Science, or relevant field.
• 5+ years experience as a construction project manager on multiple project types.
• Knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team through all phases of construction on multiple project types.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on-time, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, safety and quality objectives.
• Provide monthly cost and progress reports for internal and external distribution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and design teams throughout the project.
