Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with data analysis in Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for quotes, orders, and credits.
• Review customer cut lists for accuracy and communicate changes.
• Manage account receivables and follow up on payments.
• Coordinate freight collection and COD deliveries.
• Forecast projects with customers and align timelines with capacity.
• Communicate project updates and delivery schedules regularly.
• Monitor deliveries, notify stakeholders of changes, and validate site readiness.
• Escalate quality or satisfaction issues promptly to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation for customer interactions and transactions.
• Perform other duties to support operations as needed.
