The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in construction project management and good organizational skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 annually and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Construction Project Manager.
• Experience with project stakeholder coordination and management.
• Experience working on public essential services projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact and liaison for owner and principal partner entities in contracts.
• Develop project-specific procedures and documentation.
• Manage bid phase services as required by the client.
