This role requires a detail-oriented communicator with solid math skills, experience in construction management or similar roles, and proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred or relevant construction coordination experience.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong math skills and ability to verify bids for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to identify materials and budgeting.
• Direct and oversee project activities to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Communicate project status with teams and clients via reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for scheduling and installation.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for billing.
• Foster customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
