Turner & Townsend is seeking an Owner’s Authorized Representative I (OAR I) to manage school construction and modernization projects for LAUSD in Los Angeles. The Owner’s Authorized Representative I (OAR I) will manage and oversee various phases of school construction and modernization projects within LAUSD. This role involves coordination with public agencies, architects, engineers, contractors, and district stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. The OAR I will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of LAUSD's construction projects and ensuring they meet high-performance and sustainability standards.

The salary range for this full-time role is $130k-$160k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
