SCOPE:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with NYC buildings experience for two high-profile projects: one in Queens, NY, and the other in Manhattan, NYC.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with libraries
• ADA compliance experience
• Hospital/Medical/Healthcare facility experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• NYC buildings experience, specifically interior renovations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer programs
• Experience managing large-scale interior renovation projects
• Ability to work in NYC (zip code 10016) and Queens (zip code 11109)
• OSHA 30 certification

JOB LOCATION:

This position will start in Queens and NYC. This is a long-term immediate opportunity.

PAY RATE:

$50.00 - $75.00 per hour (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education).
