Scope

• We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with NYC buildings experience for 2 high-profile projects: one in Queens, NY, and the other in Manhattan (NYC).
• Requirements:

1. Library experience
2. ADA experience
3. Hospital/Medical/Healthcare facility experience
4. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
5. Must have NYC buildings experience, specifically interior renovations experience
6. Strong communication skills both verbal and written
7. Full knowledge of computer programs
8. Must have experience running large-scale interior renovations jobs
9. Must have the ability to work in NYC (10016) and Queens (11109)
10. OSHA 30 certification

Job Location

This position will commence in Queens and NYC. This is a long-term immediate opportunity.

Pay Rate

$50.00-$75.00 Hourly Salary (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.)
