Specializing in Commercial General Contracting, Construction Management, Owner's Representative Services, and Design-Build delivery, the company has successfully completed hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial construction projects spanning renovations, tenant improvements, additions, and ground-up developments.

Description

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the site.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders as required.
