Job summary

Bonitz, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to oversee installation projects from inception to close-out. You will coordinate with Bonitz customers, vendors, and project teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites.

The role requires 3+ years in general contracting or construction mgmt, excellent communication, and travel to project sites. Bonitz offers a car allowance and a company gas card as part of its travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction scope reviews, vet projects and assess risks
• Coordinate multiple installation crews and manage schedules
• Maintain project documentation, change orders, and safety inspections
• Attend construction meetings with GCs to ensure schedule adherence
• Oversee field operations to ensure work per plans and specs
• Travel to project sites; monthly car allowance and company gas card provided
