Job summary

Bonitz, Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks a Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact for installation projects from inception to close-out. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure professional, timely execution and adherence to safety standards.

Key duties include coordinating with General Contractors and clients, managing crews, scheduling, budgeting, and documenting all activities. Travel to sites is required; a monthly car allowance and gas card are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-5 years' experience in general contracting, construction management, or construction administration preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background, drug, and motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for installation projects from inception to final close-out and invoicing.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee all tasks, dates, client and third-party interface, and quality satisfaction.
• Manage GC relationships, attend construction meetings, and coordinate to maintain project schedule.
• Oversee field operations to ensure work is per plans, specs and schedule; document change orders and safety compliance.
• Travel to project sites; monthly car allowance and gas card provided.
