Job summary

ANCO, a South Dakota-based infrastructure and construction company, is seeking a Project Manager - Wireless to lead multiple construction and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relationships while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership.

Occasional travel to job sites is expected. The successful candidate will be highly organized, with strong communication and leadership skills, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in construction or related fields.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• PM or construction management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Monitor labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and costs.
• Manage procurement, POs, deliveries, RFIs, submittals, changes, and docs.
• Coordinate with managers, field staff, and subcontractors for efficient operations.
• Conduct meetings and client updates; manage relationships.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety, and quality standards.
• Track performance, identify risks, and report to leadership.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover.
