Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the National Mission Critical team in Atlanta.

The role focuses on administration of projects, schedules, budgets, contracts, and status reports, with leadership in risk evaluation and commissioning processes. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management and at least four years in commercial construction, with preference for Mission Critical Data Center projects and strong MEP systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.
• Engage in the project preconstruction process including bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.
• Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program and required commissioning processes.
• Provide leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Travel as needed for projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead Construction progress meetings.
