Job summary

Allegheny Construction Specialties is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff through closeout. You will plan, budget, manage, and document all aspects, serving as the primary leader for our customers and subcontractors.

You will create project plans, coordinate with estimators, procurement, and field teams, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and project cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of millwork, fabrication, and architectural features in commercial construction.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects or functions.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and understand contract documents for assigned projects.
• Attend Estimating handoff and review plans/deviations with Estimator.
• Prepare project plan and Preproduction handoff materials.
• Review shop drawings, materials, and constructability methods.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Field, Subcontractors, and customers for procurement and execution.
• Monitor daily progress via productivity reports and project costs; report to Superintendent/Foreman.
• Conduct monthly project reviews and post-mortem analyses as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Drafting/Preproduction/Purchasing/Field to identify value engineering opportunities.
• Establish schedule of values, manage cash flow, and maintain relationships with customers.
